IDD Community Networks Program

The SOUND Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Teams are specially equipped two-person units, traveling in vans, staffed by behavioral health professionals and certified peer counselors. They are designed to de-escalate mental health and substance use crises, provide immediate support, and connect individuals to long-term care.

The Community Networks Program (CNP) is a lifespan mental-health treatment program for children, youth, and adults ages 6 and up who live with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and mental-health needs. We walk alongside you and your family, offering compassionate, respectful care that supports emotional wellbeing, stability, and quality of life.

Our services are person-centered, strengths-based, and evidence-informed. We honor each individual’s dignity, lived experience, and goals, while supporting families, caregivers, and support systems every step of the way.

Who These Services are For

CNP supports children, youth, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities of all races, religions, genders, cultural backgrounds, and sexual orientations who are also experiencing mental-health or substance-use needs.

We serve individuals with:

• IDD

• Autism

• Cerebral palsy

• Down syndrome

• Fragile X syndrome

• Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD)

• Other co occurring developmental or behavioral health needs

Our services are available across King, Pierce, and South Snohomish Counties.
