Your Care Team

At SOUND, your care is provided by a multidisciplinary team of behavioral-health professionals who work together to support your recovery and well-being. Rather than working with just one person, you have access to a full team of experts tailored to your goals.

Therapists & Counselors

Licensed professionals who provide mental-health and substance-use- disorder care in a safe, supportive space.

Case Managers & Care Coordinators

Specialists who help you navigate the "outside world," connecting you to housing resources, benefits, food stability, and community supports.

Psychiatrists & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners

Medical providers who can diagnose health conditions and, when appropriate, prescribe and manage medications.

Nurses

Licensed healthcare professionals who support integrated mental health, substance use, and physical health care, including physical health needs, medication management, and whole‑person wellness.

Peer Support Specialists

Individuals with lived experience in behavioral-health or substance-use recovery. They offer unique guidance, encouragement, and a perspective that only someone who has "been there" can provide.

Administrative Staff

Our front desk and call-center teams are your first point of contact, ensuring you can access care easily and that your appointments are scheduled smoothly.

Person Centered Care

Our team is compassionate, highly-trained, and committed to person-centered care. This means:

You lead the way. We work with you to create a plan that fits your unique culture, values, and goals.

Collaborative Approach. Your care team works together and communicates across services to make sure your care is coordinated, consistent, and focused on what matters to you.

Holistic Support. We look at your whole life, not just a diagnosis, to help you thrive.

Integrated Behavioral Health defined

Behavioral health care refers to the connection between a person’s emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and overall well-being. Our focus lies in the intersection of mental health and substance abuse disorders and their impact on physical and overall health.

We provide behavioral health services including counseling, case management, supportive housing and therapy for children, youth, adults and seniors. We offer a variety of specifically tailored ancillary programs that were created to help the people we serve receive outpatient treatment and support in the community and in their homes.
