Walk in or call, get connected today.
At SOUND, your care is provided by a multidisciplinary team of behavioral-health professionals who work together to support your recovery and well-being. Rather than working with just one person, you have access to a full team of experts tailored to your goals.
Licensed professionals who provide mental-health and substance-use- disorder care in a safe, supportive space.
Specialists who help you navigate the "outside world," connecting you to housing resources, benefits, food stability, and community supports.
Medical providers who can diagnose health conditions and, when appropriate, prescribe and manage medications.
Licensed healthcare professionals who support integrated mental health, substance use, and physical health care, including physical health needs, medication management, and whole‑person wellness.
Individuals with lived experience in behavioral-health or substance-use recovery. They offer unique guidance, encouragement, and a perspective that only someone who has "been there" can provide.
Our front desk and call-center teams are your first point of contact, ensuring you can access care easily and that your appointments are scheduled smoothly.
Our team is compassionate, highly-trained, and committed to person-centered care. This means:
You lead the way. We work with you to create a plan that fits your unique culture, values, and goals.
Collaborative Approach. Your care team works together and communicates across services to make sure your care is coordinated, consistent, and focused on what matters to you.
Holistic Support. We look at your whole life, not just a diagnosis, to help you thrive.

You’re welcome to bring notes, questions, or a support person if that feels helpful.
Staff will ask you questions or call you to learn more about you or your loved one. They will ask about the reasons you’re calling as well as some questions about your background, including whether you have the following information:
Our staff will then help identify which services you or your family member may need.
If you do not have insurance, we offer a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. No one is turned away due to an inability to pay for established services. Our team can help check your coverage.
