The SOUND Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Teams are specially equipped two-person units, traveling in vans, staffed by behavioral-health professionals and certified peer counselors. They are designed to de-escalate mental-health and substance-use crises, provide immediate support, and connect individuals to long-term care.
Watch videoWillows is a two year transitional housing program for women with co occurring substance use and mental health diagnosis and their children who are experiencing housing instability. The program also serves families who are transitioning out of, or have recently been released from, short term or long term inpatient substance use treatment.
Participation in outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment is required while enrolled in the program. Upon successful completion, residents are eligible to apply for King County Housing Authority (KCHA) public housing, supporting the transition to independent, permanent housing.
Referrals
Willows is currently accepting referrals.
Mothers may refer themselves, or referrals may be submitted by providers or community partners.
To get started, please email the Contract Manager (Annamaria Gueco - Annamaria.Gueco@Sound.Health) to request the Willows referral packet.
Once you receive the referral packet, the following documentation will be required:
