The SOUND Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Teams are specially equipped two-person units, traveling in vans, staffed by behavioral health professionals and certified peer counselors. They are designed to de-escalate mental health and substance use crises, provide immediate support, and connect individuals to long-term care.

Keystone is a supportive, assisted-living community designed for adults who need a higher level of care for their mental health, medical needs, and substance-use recovery. Our 64-bed residence offers a safe, stable place where healing, dignity, and long-term wellness are supported every day.

Who These Services are For

Keystone serves adults 18 and older who are referred through the King County Liaison process. Residents come to Keystone because they benefit from:

• A structured, supportive living environment.

• Compassionate, trauma-informed care.

• Help managing mental-health symptoms, medical conditions, or substance-use recovery.

• A stable place to live while building skills for long-term wellbeing.

Gender-specific accommodations are available based on room availability.

Approach to Care

At Keystone, we strive to create a home-like environment where you can feel safe, respected, and supported. Residents live in shared rooms with private bathrooms and are encouraged to bring personal belongings to make your space feel like home.

Care is available 24 hours a day, and your support plan is built around your individual needs and goals. Services may include:

• Substance-use disorder treatment

• Group and individual counseling

• Medication monitoring and management

• Group activities and community events

• Nutritional counseling

• Vocational support

• Nursing care
