Sarah Chesemore is the director of Government Programs Strategy and Performance at Cambia Health Solutions. She also leads the Medicare Supplement line of business as well as cross-cutting work on member experience. Sarah joined Cambia in September 2022 as director of Strategy and Innovation at the corporate level. In that role, she led projects to define multi-year Clinical and Behavioral Health strategies.
Before Cambia, Sarah worked for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as the Strategy Lead for the Global Delivery Programs team. She managed a team of internal strategy staff and external consulting partners to develop new programmatic strategies, implementation roadmaps, and results frameworks. She also led her own strategy and management practice for 13 years focused on social sector clients and was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Sarah holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
