Sound Urgent Care Better Targets Care During Coronavirus Pandemic

Dear community,

Sound, like other healthcare providers, continues to monitor new guidelines from public health authorities and are adjusting clinical operations as appropriate to ensure safety for our teams, clients and the public. Updates from the federal, state and regional levels prompted us to launch what we call Sound Urgent Care.

Designed to optimize treatment to the specific needs of our clients and provide additional safety for our team members, Sound Urgent Care utilizes a 24/7 care model, enabling us to immediately identify a client issue and quickly direct them to the most appropriate service throughout our open King County locations.

Our clients will not encounter any change to their clinical experience through this approach other than a more streamlined process to access the care they need.

For more information, please call us at (206) 901-2000. If you experiencing Coronavirus symptoms, also call us at (206) 901-2000 prior to visiting any of our locations. We will either reschedule your appointment or have your clinician contact you.

In addition, you should also call your physician and contact the King County Novel Coronavirus hotline at (206) 477-3977. Please visit www.kingcounty.gov/covid to stay updated, as information changes frequently.

Please continue to visit our web site or Facebook and Twitter pages for updates.
