Sound Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator Kevin Henry talks with Chuck Olmstead, host of 820 am radio's "Heart of the City" about how to educate people on voting, how it works, and their responsibility and opportunity to be a part of the voting process.
Sound is an Anti-Racist organization, transforming words into action that serve our clients, team members, partners, and the community. We take an active and ardent role in addressing historical and ongoing issues related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice. Sound team members are also committed to understanding, serving, and meeting the needs of a rich and increasingly diverse client base. Finally, Sound team members are provided with valuable training, resources, and community involvement opportunities to further enhance their professional and personal lives.
As COVID-19 crisis continues to capture local and national headlines, a Sound program that supports Veterans continues to find creative ways to support the men and women who served their country. When the crisis first emerged, the program, called Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF), stepped in when the temporary shelters the Veterans depended upon closed or reduced capacity due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
