Sound’s IMAGINE event returns LIVE on May 19th!

Sound’s signature fundraising event, IMAGINE, returns to action with its first live, in-person event in two years. The event takes place on Thursday, May 19, from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm at the extravagant Hyatt Regency hotel in downtown Seattle. To register for the event, visit Sound’s Development page at https://www.sound.health/imagine2022. Registration is free of charge.

The event will raise much-needed funds in support of Sound’s Middle School Support Project (MSSP), a completely unique behavioral health program that embeds Clinical Care Coordinators in three middle schools in the Seattle Public School District. These schools serve students in underserved communities. Most other school-based programs do not have dedicated, highly trained behavioral health staff on site. This program complements Sound’s programs in an additional 105 schools.

Guests will be asked to donate at the event and support this incredible program.

“We are very excited to provide this opportunity for the community to support this critical school-based program,” says Sue Bean, Sound’s Chief Development Officer. “In particular, due to increasing mental health needs of young people during the pandemic.”

Returning as emcee will be Mark Wright, former evening anchor for KING-TV, who previously hosted IMAGINE’s virtual event in 2020.  The event will feature a silent auction, a keynote speaker, and a stirring, poignant story in video focused on the program’s impact on the life of a middle school student in midst of the pandemic.

An exciting keynote speaker will be announced soon so stay tuned for more details!

Items for bid at the silent auction will include Mariner tickets and a guest suite, Caribbean resort vacation, California Coast Airbnb, and more! For those interested in the silent auction, you must provide your credit card information upon registration, but will not be charged unless you bid or make a donation. Auction online bidding commences May 12 and will conclude at the live event.

Sound’s event sponsors to date are Parker, Smith & Feek, Keeney’s Office Supply, Moss Adams, and Molina Healthcare.

To register for the event, or to sign up as a Table Captain, visit our event registration page at https://www.sound.health/imagine2022 or contact Susan Bean at susan.bean@sound.health. We hope to see you all there!
