Veteran Services

Sound’s Veterans Services provide a continuum of outreach, treatment, housing and residential rehabilitation for veterans and their families from all major branches of the military.

For more information, please visit the VA’s SSVF website.

Whether you, your loved one, or an outside provider has referred you to Sound, your first step is to contact our Veteran Services team.  Our Assessment team can answer your questions and determine if our services are right for you.  The phone screener will work with you to coordinate services, or if we are unable to meet your needs, we will provide appropriate referrals.

We offer services at several locations throughout King County.

Sound provides short term, rapid rehousing assistance to low income Veterans and Veteran families who are experiencing homelessness. We promote housing stability, and support Veterans in obtaining and maintaining permanent housing.
Please note: Due to the high number of Veterans experiencing homelessness within our community, our resources have been dedicated to providing rapid rehousing services. Therefore, we are unable to provide homelessness prevention services at this time. Updates will be posted as new information is released from the VA. If you are in need of homelessness prevention services, please contact 211.
