Charlotte Jones is Vice President & Chief People & Diversity|Inclusion Officer at Sound. She oversees Sound’s efforts to recruit, retain and develop diverse talent and is responsible for cultivating and preserving Sound’s culture of workforce diversity and inclusion organization wide. Her department collaborates closely with the Clinical, Operations and Administrative teams to implement these initiatives.
With more than three decades of people operations leadership experience, Jones brings diverse and extensive corporate experience to the position, including compensation, benefits and career development expertise.
Before Sound, Jones worked with Time Warner Cable, Insight Communications, GameStop and UPS Airlines. She has owned her own HR consulting firm whose primary focus was assisting women-owned organizations.
Jones also worked with project teams to plan, design and fund events with nonprofit organizations such as National Aviation for Women, Organization for Black Airline Pilots and Tuskegee Airmen, to name a few.
She has a BS degree in Human Resources Leadership and a minor in Psychology. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
