“The Supportive Housing Department at Sound Mental Health provides outreach case management services to currently homeless individuals in South and East King County and housing support and clinical services to individuals and families in permanent housing throughout King County. Currently, this department employs 28 staff members dispered among 7 different programs serving 42 families and 241 single adults, including 74 veterans; PATH, our homeless outreach program, provided homeless outreach and services to over 450 homeless individuals during 2014-2015. Consumers engaged in these programs are provided with access to housing and intensive, wraparound services including housing case management, mental health counseling, chemical dependency counseling, and employment services. These programs are designed to serve the most vulnerable and at risk single adults and families in our communities and provide them with an opportunity for stable housing and a chance for a more fulfilling future.”
