For those anticipating the date for IMAGINE, Sound’s annual fundraising luncheon, the wait is over! After considering the pandemic, the Development team was pleased to announce that the event will be live — and will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2022, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the luxurious Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Seattle.
This year’s event raises awareness and much needed financial support for Sound’s Middle School Support Project (MSSP), a unique school based behavioral health program that provides onsite care in three underserved schools in the Seattle Public School District.
Mark Wright, KING-TV’s evening anchor, will once again serve as master of ceremonies at the event. There will be a silent auction, special guest speakers, an inspirational video profile of the program about the lives it has impacted, and much more.
Though the program is funded by the Nesholm Family Foundation and the Grousemont Foundation, MSSP continues to need more community support to continue its impactful work addressing the behavioral health needs of middle school aged children. The pandemic only has increased the need for the program so more support is more important now than ever.
