May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Please join Sound in celebrating May as Mental Health Awareness Month. This is a time to reach out to family, friends and loved ones who may be struggling, especially during the pandemic. It also a time to educate people in your community, in whatever way you can, about behavioral health, to support the effort to reduce mental health stigma.
