Introduce yourself!

Hi there!  My name is Khava Dobrenski and I’m happy to be a Clinician with the Adult Services Team at Sound’s Auburn location!

Tell us something about yourself that we’d be surprised to learn.

I’m an open book, I rarely surprise anyone with anything to be honest.

Do you have a favorite book, tv show or movie? What makes it your favorite?

I refuse to choose favorites of anything as I love so many things. ❤️

Have you heard any good jokes lately?

Yes and it is not appropriate to share here. 🤣

Do you have any advice for new team members?

Boundaries and self-care are the bedrock of sustainable growth for me, maybe it will be for you too. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

Do you have any other hobbies that you’d like to talk about?

I love cooking and show love via food.🍏 Anything geared toward gentle movement and time in nature 🌲brings me great joy. I genuinely enjoy mindfully washing dishes by hand, the end result is so satisfying.

Tell us about someone at Sound who has had a big impact on you!

So many people! This is like picking my favorite food. Lea Sherman, ARNP at Auburn. She is such a force of nature yet completely cool, calm, and collected under stress. She is approachable and goes above and beyond for our clients in a way I have never seen with other prescribers. She has inspired me to look into furthering my education to become an ARNP and to help better serve this community. 😇

What is your favorite thing about working at Sound?

I can’t possibly pick a favorite thing. The clients, obviously, inspire me constantly to do my best by them. I love my teammates here in Auburn and the relationships I have created with them. I also love being part of such an impressive, thriving organization that touches so many lives in King County. I’m proud to be on the Sound team! ❤️
