Sound Expands Office Hours and Continues Telehealth Services

Though we have been providing services to the community throughout the COVID-19 crisis through our Sound Urgent Care model and telehealth services, we are now transitioning to a phased reopening organization-wide that will include extending office hours for onsite visits and continuing our telehealth services. This new phase begins June 8.

We take the safety and well-being of our clients and team members seriously. This is why Sound has taken a number of steps to gradually phase in face to face services. Before our June 8 limited reopening, we have taken these steps:

· Extensive and complete transformation of locations and lobbies for the safety of our clients and our team members.

· Hired and trained additional team members to maintain cleanliness in our facilities a

· Making personal protective equipment available team members and clients

· Ensured everyone entering our buildings is tested

We have also established flexible, staggered work schedules for team members so that there is sufficient social distancing and safety. We will continue to provide work from home options for team members, too.

While our expanded office hours allow us to serve clients who do not have other options, we will continue to provide outstanding telehealth services to anyone who needs them.

We are excited at this new phase in Sound’s service to the community! With expanded office hours and a robust telehealth capability, we want you to know we’re here for you! For current clients or new ones. New clients should call us first at 206-302-2300.
