Sound offices open for essential services only

Coronavirus continues to be a critical public health threat and Sound is dedicated to serving our community’s most vulnerable. Our locations will be open to provide essential services only, supporting those clients that have the most urgent and critical needs. In addition, our walk-in hours for new clients are currently suspended. These are temporary measures to minimize the health and safety risks to team members and our clients.

We ask that clients experiencing symptoms of the Coronavirus call our office at (206) 901-2000 prior to visiting any of our open locations. We will either reschedule your appointment or have your clinician contact you.

If you are a Sound client and you are ill, please call your physician and contact the King County Novel Coronavirus hotline at (206) 477-3977.

For timely updates, please visit www.kingcounty.gov/covid.

Symptoms, which may appear from two to 14 days after exposure include a cough, fever, shortness of breath and/or other respiratory issues.

This disease is highly contagious. We care about the health of our clients, our team members, and the community so we urge you to take all the precautions necessary to protect yourselves including thorough handwashing, coughing into a tissue or your elbow, avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, and cleaning frequently touched surfaces.
