From the Overlake Mental Health Conference web page:

Mental health touches all of our lives. Stigma associated with mental health contributes to a decrease in individuals seeking help. At Overlake’s Mental Health Conference, learn about available resources and organizations on the Eastside that aim to breakdown that stigma and connect people to the help they need. The keynote presentation, “Talk Saves Lives® An Introduction to Suicide Prevention,” will be followed by breakout discussions led by Eastside mental health experts.
