Heroes Wanted!

Ever wanted to impact a life for the better but maybe didn’t know how? Well now is your chance. Dale Anderson, a 15 year Sound team member, will be offering a free course to teach you to identify and respond to signs of mental distress in our community. On Saturday, February 23 starting at 7:45 a.m., you are invited to join Dale to learn Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), an internationally recognized program to train you to identify risk factors and warning signs of the most common mental health problems.  We would love to have you join us. Space is limited so please register now!

Where:            Tukwila East, room 149

Time:               7:45 a.m. to 5:10 p.m.

Freebies:         Light breakfast and lunch will be served to those who register to attend. Attendees also get a certificate of completion.
