Currently, this department employs 28 staff members dispered among 7 different programs serving 42 families and 241 single adults, including 74 veterans; PATH, our homeless outreach program, provided homeless outreach and services to over 450 homeless individuals during 2014-2015. Consumers engaged in these programs are provided with access to housing and intensive, wraparound services including housing case management, mental health counseling, chemical dependency counseling, and employment services.
