SEATTLE – February 28, 2013 – Leaders in the region’s top health care organizations, including Sound Mental Health’s David Stone, Ph.D., are participating in Health Care of the Future, Puget Sound Business Journal’s much anticipated health care summit, March 1, 2013. The health care event will be held at the Westin Hotel in downtown Seattle, from 7:30 to 11 a.m. and is expected to attract more than 500 leaders in healthcare, insurance and other businesses from across the region.

The forum brings some of the most strategic thinkers regionally to examine big changes emerging in health care and what those changes hold for the years to come. Joining Dr. Stone will be executives from Virginia Mason Health System, Evergreen Health, Group Health, UW Medicine, Providence/Swedish and others.

Dr. Stone’s presentation will examine behavioral health issues in the workplace, their impact and key preventive measures that may help control healthcare costs, improve workplace productivity and enhance the quality of life for employees.
